KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto Batalkan 12 Perjalanan Kereta Imbas Kecelakaan di Bekasi Timur
KAI menghentikan sementara perjalanan untuk menyesuaikan operasional
PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Daerah Operasi 5 Purwokerto membatalkan 12 perjalanan kereta api pada Rabu (29/4/2026). Kebijakan ini muncul sebagai dampak lanjutan dari kecelakaan kereta di Bekasi Timur yang masih dalam tahap penanganan.
Proses evakuasi rangkaian kereta yang terdampak tabrakan KA Argo Bromo Anggrek dan KRL sejak Senin (27/4/2026) malam masih berlangsung. Kondisi tersebut memengaruhi jalur operasional sehingga KAI menyesuaikan pola perjalanan untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kelancaran layanan.
Manager Humas KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto, M. As’ad Habibuddin, menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada para penumpang. Ia menegaskan bahwa pihaknya telah mengirimkan informasi pembatalan melalui pesan singkat dan aplikasi komunikasi kepada pelanggan yang terdampak.
KAI membatalkan 12 jadwal perjalanan lintas kota
KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto secara resmi menghentikan sejumlah perjalanan kereta lintas kota yang melayani rute penting. Pembatalan tersebut mencakup KA Jayakarta relasi Surabaya Gubeng–Pasarsenen dan sebaliknya, KA Bogowonto relasi Lempuyangan–Pasarsenen dan sebaliknya, serta KA tambahan rute Yogyakarta–Gambir.
Selain itu, KAI juga membatalkan perjalanan KA Bangunkarta relasi Jombang–Pasarsenen, KA Manahan relasi Solo Balapan–Gambir, serta KA Purwojaya relasi Cilacap–Gambir. Seluruh pembatalan ini dilakukan untuk menghindari gangguan lanjutan akibat kondisi jalur yang belum sepenuhnya pulih.
Langkah tersebut diambil agar perjalanan kereta tetap aman sekaligus mencegah keterlambatan yang lebih luas di berbagai wilayah operasional.
KAI membuka layanan pengembalian tiket bagi penumpang
Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab, KAI menyediakan layanan pengembalian dana tiket bagi seluruh penumpang yang terdampak. Perusahaan memastikan pelanggan menerima refund penuh sebesar 100 persen di luar biaya pemesanan.
Penumpang dapat mengajukan pengembalian melalui loket stasiun maupun Contact Center 121. Selain itu, KAI juga menyediakan opsi pengajuan melalui aplikasi Access by KAI dengan fitur layanan VoIP.
Di wilayah Daop 5 Purwokerto, layanan refund tersedia di beberapa stasiun utama seperti Purwokerto, Kroya, Cilacap, dan Kutoarjo. Penumpang memiliki waktu hingga tujuh hari sejak jadwal keberangkatan untuk mengajukan pembatalan tiket.
KAI terus memulihkan operasional dan memperbarui informasi perjalanan
KAI menyatakan terus berupaya memulihkan operasional perjalanan kereta api agar kembali normal. Di saat yang sama, perusahaan aktif menyampaikan pembaruan informasi kepada masyarakat melalui berbagai kanal resmi.
Pihak KAI juga mengimbau pelanggan untuk memantau informasi terkini melalui Contact Center dan media sosial resmi. Dengan langkah ini, perusahaan berharap dapat menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan sekaligus memastikan keselamatan perjalanan tetap menjadi prioritas utama.
